Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services
Genesys Diagnostics (GDI) Private Limited ("GDI India") provides expert clinical genetics consultancy and advisory services only. GDI India is not a diagnostic laboratory and does not conduct laboratory testing in India. All advisory services draw on the expertise and accredited infrastructure of Genesys Diagnostics Inc., Connecticut USA. No diagnostic report, laboratory result, or medical prescription is issued by GDI India.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Engagement with GDI India does not create a doctor-patient relationship. GDI India's consultants provide expert advisory guidance. Clients must consult a licensed medical practitioner registered under the Medical Council of India (or applicable State Medical Council) for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment plans.
3. Consultation Fee and Payment
The consultation fee is ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) exclusive of GST. GST at 18% (₹18,000) applies, making the total payable ₹1,18,000. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via Razorpay or Cashfree. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Intellectual Property
All advisory reports, documents, and materials provided by GDI India are the intellectual property of Genesys Diagnostics (GDI) Private Limited and Genesys Diagnostics Inc. They are provided for the personal use of the client only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
GDI India's liability to any client shall not exceed the consultation fee paid. GDI India shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from reliance on advisory services. Advisory outputs are expert opinions and do not constitute clinical diagnosis.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
9. Amendments
GDI India reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Advisory Services Only<br/>GDI India provides clinical genetics consultancy and advisory services exclusively. The information and guidance provided during consultations and in advisory reports is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, or medical advice.
Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment<br/>GDI India's advisory services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, clinical laboratory testing, or treatment by a licensed physician. Clients must not make medical decisions based solely on GDI India advisory reports without consulting a qualified medical practitioner.
No Laboratory Testing in India<br/>GDI India does not conduct any laboratory testing on Indian soil. All advisory is based on expert interpretation, clinical consultation, and the knowledge base of Genesys Diagnostics Inc., USA.<br/><br/>Accuracy of Information<br/>While GDI India takes all reasonable care to ensure that advisory information is accurate and current, genomic science is a rapidly evolving field. Clients acknowledge that advisory outputs reflect the best available evidence at the time of consultation.<br/><br/>Limitation of Reliance<br/>GDI India shall not be held liable for any clinical decisions made on the basis of advisory reports without independent clinical validation by a licensed Indian medical practitioner.
