As the overseas consultancy arm of Genesys Diagnostics Inc., Connecticut USA, certain anonymised consultation data may be shared with GDI Inc. for advisory purposes. Such transfer is conducted under appropriate contractual safeguards and in compliance with applicable Indian law.
